Following is a list
of data conversions that have been done at the request of customers
using
R.O.
Writer TM. Customers must provide data and sign a data
conversion authorization form confirming that the data being
provided is the customers property.
*TYPE:
If a Full conversion is requested please also fax copies of 3-5 R.O.’s printed from the prior system so converted data can be validated. |
